Our program is truly age specific. With the help of, world renowned martial artist and pioneer for age specific curriculum, Melody Shuman we have developed a program that meets the needs of the student at the age they are at. Our drills and skills are age specific, designed to help your child mature physically and achieve maximum growth. Our age specific program will help your child physically, mentally and socially.

When you listen to our classes you will here our Champions Attitude curriculum. You will hear things like: winning is a choice, there are 2 types of people winners and learners and to achieve anything you must use DDPE - Desire, Decide, Plan and Execute. Each belt has a specific discussion that is designed to empower the students and help maximize their personal power. At the end of each class you will hear our Mat Chats. Our Mat Chats are to teach character development and to help our students to make even better decisions in life.

We know everyone would like to have more self control. Well, our Champions Journey curriculum does just that. At each belt you will have the opportunity to travel the Champions path of self discipline by having to use self discipline in one area of your life more than ever before. You will chart your success and we will see your victory on the Champions Journey.

Notice that each class is started and finished with respect for the teacher
and for each other. Respect for yourself and for each other is must in
our program.
